Finally, a game blog is here! I think my website's code is done for the most part so now I gotta work on actually adding content to this website lol. In the future, I might make a separate place for game logs, as this may get crowded quick but for now it's gonna be with the rest of my blogposts.

Anyways, here is the first entry of my Pokemon Black playthrough! I'm playing Pokemon Black on my modded Nintendo DSI, (formerly used to play on a modded New 2DS XL), and I'm playing on a rom as opposed to an official cart, (why are pokemon cartridges so expensive?? omg ;_;). I officially started my journey on (insert date here), I did play for like 5 seconds on an emulator but my laptop said no lmao. I picked the male character, because the Hilbert's design is AMAZING! Hilda is good too but I just had to pick the male character. For my starter I chose Snivy, who was a male named Cannabis (har har, I'm so edgy, I felt pressured for a name okay??) it's my fav of the gen 5 starters by alottt. Like IMO, Snivy carries the Gen 5 starter trio, I really do not like Emboar (I remember way back when when I was disappointed I got Emboar as my happy meal toy lmao,) and Oshawatt was almost amazing, Dewott is such a great design, but Samuraott is so terrible. I hate how it went on all fours, which is weird because I love Serperior but IDK I might be a hypocrite but it's all personal opinion.

So off I went on my Pokemon adventure, leaving my family behind to travel Unova. I can't go too into detail of my adventure, because as of writing this I have 7 badges so this is a pretty awkward spot for my first game log. Which is fine, I think for game logs there will be large gaps between posts, since I want to play the game at my own pace and not have to pause to write a game log. On one of the early routes I caught a female Lillipup named Pina, who is now a Stoutland and awhhh I love her so much! The name Pina comes from the Pina Colada song, and I don't have any idea why that came to mind. My Snivy also is now a Serperior and I love him! He's my physical grass attacker.

Now, for the part I've been dying to make a post about, my two darlings Steele the Roggenrola and Amane the Cottonee. (Yes, I did name my Pokemon after an unseen Yugioh character only in the manga who was only revealed to be dead in an interview with Takahashi. I like Yugioh a lot okay? There's probably gonna be more Yugioh names coming lol.)
